Format - Toddler, (Child, Adult)
Chain 19, (21, 23)
Row 1: HDC in the 3rd ch from the hook and each ch across. CH2, turn.
Row 2-27, (29, 31): HDC in the BLO of each st across. CH2, turn.
Row 28, (30, 32): HDC in the BLO of each st across.
Fold in half and seam rows 1 and 28, (30, 32) together with sl sts.
Turn right side out *making hand band* CH2, *hdc in 1st st, sc in the next* repeat * to * around. Sl st to join.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Turn hat inside out and take 8ish inches of yarn on your yarn needle and weave in and out of every other row at the top, pull tight to cinch shut.
Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Turn right side out and add pom pom.
